Provide a high standard of support to promote sales of Garage Equipment, Tire & Wheel Equipment etc.

Requirements:

· Carryout equipment inspection on site to assess parts requirements, repair and service the equipment on site.

· Promote the sales of product by planning and implementing sales promotions, sales & marketing strategies etc. in compliance with the standard process and principals standards to achieve better results.

· Conduct surveys to understand customer satisfaction levels in terms of product quality, price competitiveness, after sales support, price positioning, effectiveness of sales promotion campaign, and take countermeasure actions.

· Offer service support and technical training to customers on the safe use of the equipment.

· Generate service and spare parts revenue.

· Monitoring and executing preventive maintenance schedule with all existing customers.

· Regular customer visits to enhance customer relation and continued business.

· Communicating with respective principal’s technical representatives for warranty claims, improvement of products initiatives etc.

· Implement customer database management regarding customer information, purchase amount, purchase potential, discount structure, target setting and business condition and review/update them periodically.

· Provide alternative product supply options to customers where no other active dealers in local market.

· Provide reports and analysis to the principals, implementation and follow-up of after sales dealer operations standards.

· Advise and inform customers on the necessity of replacing service maintenance parts, merits of using genuine parts, as well as the risk of using inferior/non-genuine parts etc.
