1. PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Dairy Sales Supervisor is responsible for contributing to business development activities with large and small grocery outlets across the UAE. Sales Supervisor will spend approximately 80% of his time working in the field and 20% on process and administrative tasks in the branch.
2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
2.1 To establish and maintain a strong and firm relationship with customers and agencies
2.2 Achieve assigned sales targets, as well as company objectives for the allocated sales area.
2.3 Train and monitor our sales team in various routes of the sales region
2.4 To monitor and sell promotion deals with approval from HOD. To maintain maximum stock cover, keeping his accounts in stock always be selling more volume.
2.5 To increase share of shelf space by correct merchandising whenever and wherever necessary.
2.6 To perform correct presentation in store, using display materials, negotiating special display activity whenever required with approval from HOD.
2.7 To complete accurate invoicing to all customers on his territory.
2.8 To complete all administration accurately on a daily basis, daily report forms, cash payment in documents.
2.9 Train/educate merchandisers and product demonstration personnel in stores.
2.10 Maintain route frequency for responsible territory as assigned to build/establish retail relationships.
2.11 Educate/assist/inform sales team concerning all product issues and sales objectives.
2.12 Request product location to establish best location for sales on all company products as necessary in assigned stores.
2.13 Communicate with sales team and merchandisers on an ongoing basis.
2.14 Maintains all company provided equipment and material in acceptable working order and condition.
