Purpose:

Sales Team Leader, LREB is responsible for extensively managing and developing the sales team. Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members. It is expected from the Team Leader to build a competitive and profitable work environment, maximizing revenue, minimizing cost and achieving the company’s business objectives.

KEY Responsibilities and Duties within Job Specific Competencies

Expectation:

· We expect streamlined approval processes enforced by RERA (For Dubai) and implementation of Single Window Clearance (all facilities are available in one place)

· Deep understanding of commercial & residential real estate industry
· Strong time management skills and experience running multiple projects at a time
· Systematically collecting and creating large amounts of information by activating strategies

· Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines
· Strong relationship management ability to communicate, influence and collaborate with others to deliver business activities successfully
· A strong team player with a proactive, flexible and mature approach to the role
· A role model who demonstrates high standards of ethics and professionalism, aligned to Company values
· Take a leadership role for setting a positive, nurturing environment within the team
· Brainstorm proposals for projects within the team members and discuss with Line Manager
Customer Service Orientation:

· Monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of day to day work of the team and contributing to the identification of opportunities for improving sales operations to meet the PSI and customer expectations
· Ensure professional communication with PSI clients by presenting PSI in the best image
· To maintain SLA for response time and follow up with the client
· Answering and responding to telephone inquiries and schedules site visits as appropriate
· Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints

· Oversee the development and maintenance of complete customer account files for goal setting & execution with weekly and longer-term action plans and campaigns, including customer contact methods and expectations

· Participate in weekly/Monthly/Quarterly and another set of department revenue goals and assessment within the team
· Participate in and direct sales efforts; set and run regular sales staff meetings with fixed agenda
· Work with and coordinate efforts with marketing manager on all appropriate aspects of job description
· Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting
· Oversee the development and maintenance of individual account advertising sales campaigns with goals and action plans for maintenance, upsell, targeted
· Develop co-op advertising sales, measurement, and tracking
· Prepare documents such as viewing form, MOU contracts and any other document required
· Assisting clients with the handover of properties and prepare contracts and invoice
· Contacting leads immediately and meeting the client ASAP and providing resolution
· Communicating acceptance/ rejection of lead to prospective client.
· Accepting payments from Buyers and ensure payments are handled according to company policy and procedure
· Resolve account assignment issues and conduct periodic evaluations of team members
· Work with financial support staff to insure a comprehensive and simple tracking of all commission requirements
· Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
· Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members
· Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
· Calling all assigned leads
· Asking clients for referrals
Organized & Process implementation

Sales Target Achievement:

· Project Knowledge:
- Knowledge and up to date on projects’ information/descriptions
- Make sure to pass all project knowledge tests provided by PSI
· Real Estate Knowledge:
- Strong capabilities in and deep understanding of financial demonstrating and market research
- Supporting and incentive's players who are venturing into new asset programs in real estate
- Up-to-date knowledge of our website & assure communication with marketing team for any feedback, advice, suggestion
Promotions and Events

· Searching for new suppliers & new properties in the market
· Conducting presentations on properties to clients
· Represent the company in key networking events
· Distributing all the marketing materials to clients
· Attending all the company meetings and event such as open house, exhibitions, and others
Market Awareness & Competitive Analysis

· Keeping daily, weekly and monthly track of all team members’ attendance
· Completely planning, implementing & tracking Annual Leaves; Sic.
Requirement:

· 5 years of relevant work experience in sales
· An Attested Bachelor’s degree
· Driver’s License (Must)
· Excellent communication and negotiating skills with people (both verbal and written)
· Experience in advertising sales to small and medium-size local businesses is desirable
· Strong leadership abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills
· Technical proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, sales tracking, and customer relationship management software
· Ability to think and plan strategically, plan, manage and act to achieve outcomes
