Roles and Responsibilities
The MDM/MDG Consultant should be able to understand business requirements and transform into new S/4HANA platform, explains system functionality, consult on required system configuration, support on iterative cycles of testing and training. The MDM Consultant shall meet or exceed the minimum qualifications set forth below:
a) English speaking and writing
b) Minimum of 12-30 years experience in SAP MDM module
c) Certified in SAP MDM/MDG
d) Expert command in SAP MDM and MDG
e) Experience in the migration from MDM to MDG
f) Integration experience with other modules
g) Familiar with Interfaces, ALE, IDOC
h) Be able to provide functional input on custom objects
i) Preferred candidates will have digital transformation expertise and experience delivering the modules in scope in large oil & gas industry participating in at least 1-2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations
j) Must be able to engage with Business and IT stakeholders at multiple levels
k) Have strong experience and in-depth knowledge with respect to the changes required to migrate to S/4HANA, identify the gaps, articulate the business, process and systems impacts
l) Have experience in working with the Change Management team on developing the best change interventions and strategies to address gaps as well as functional changes
m) Must have proven experience in the cut-over processes from ECC to S/4HANA with Landscape Transformation experience also desirable
n) Must have experience in Fiori offering in the related functional area
