EPG has a number of schools ranging from Early Years to Secondary School providing multiple opportunities to grow or advance in your career. EPG students, teachers and resources, combined with a supporting range of extracurricular activities provide an exciting environment for dedicated teachers. For Early Career Teachers (ECTs), we are proud to be able to offer the chance to complete your induction whilst teaching abroad. This is a rare opportunity that allows you to fully qualify as a teacher whilst gaining international experience. In partnership with our Appropriate Body in the United Kingdom, we offer structured support and strong mentorship, whereby you'll develop essential skills to advance in your career whilst working in an inspiring, multicultural setting.

At EPG, we are dedicated to supporting our teachers to be the best they can be . We acknowledge that dedicated and passionate teachers create ideal learning environments for children to learn. Our professional development program provides opportunities for self-development, enhancement of skills and an opportunity to develop in a number of exciting areas in order to progress or even enter into leadership opportunities.

Staff at EPG, who wish to enter into leadership opportunities, are encouraged to apply for a variety of leadership roles ranging from Year Leads, to Subject Coordinators, Data Specialists in addition to Senior Leadership roles.
