Secretary with at least 4-5 years experience in handing company secretarial job required urgently. Native Arabic speakers are required.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
• Make preparations for meetings
• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
• Respond to public inquiries
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support
• Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support.
• Perform confidential secretarial functions, composing reports, scheduling and organizing meetings, travel, handling confidential information, and working on ongoing projects, need to handle client files and follow ups.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to plan/organize for your work with least supervision, and have excellent PC skills.
• Work closely with senior management, and will also be liaising with different offices, suppliers, customers; therefore, excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Arrange all travel related issues for the senior management staffs with the co-ordination of Admin Manager.
• Maintain all business cards and contact information.
• Organize all tasks on daily basis
• As needed, attend meetings with management and record Minutes of Meetings accordingly.
• Collect all Monthly and Weekly Reports from all Branch offices and Department heads for further presentation to Management.
