Urgently looking for an experienced Secretary in UAE.
Assist the Chairman to manage and conduct cross functional meetings and report the minutes.
Process invoices and communicate with clients and vendors.
Schedule appointments and maintain contacts/calendars.
Prepare and make daily bank deposits.
Frequent printing, copying, scanning, and filing of documents.
Enters information from source documents into databases and/or spreadsheets.
High School Diploma.
Five years experience in same field.
Exceptional problem solving skills.
Excellent grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills.
