An expanding private American curriculum school is seeking to appoint dynamic and creative secondary teachers to be part of a close and collaborative team of educators and join an exciting transitional phase that has recently seen the school move to handsome and expansive purpose built premises. It is a happy school that is ambitious and keen to build on its current strengths, enjoying a wonderful family atmosphere in which many teachers have developed professionally under the strong and supportive guidance of the current headteacher. The school will cater for children up to Grade 9 but it will eventually offer the full K-Grade 12 educational experience.
It is essential that interested applicants have the relevant teaching qualifications and though American experience is preferred other backgrounds will be considered. There is an 80% Arabic and most students speak English as a second language so good skills of differentiation and cultural sensitivity are additional essential prerequisites.
