MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Revenue and Maximize Returns
a. Execute and manage operations and ensure budgeted revenue targets are met/exceeded
b. Initiate new avenues that will result in enhancing the earning potential of the organization
a. Manage the employee roaster to ensure effective utilization of stewards at the right time and at the right parlor to ensure optimal utilization that will lead to higher productivity
b. Manage and increase productivity (Revenue/Employee) and reduce Personnel Cost on Revenue.
3. Cost Management
a. Proactively find measures to make saving in all areas including Parlor Operations, and personal cost
4. Business Development and New Store Opening
a. To maintain up to date information about new residential areas, population, number of Hotels, QSR, Restaurants, Clubs, Hypermarkets and share with operations Manager
5. Guest Engagement
a. Drive business with the focus on Guest engagement and delight and manage the team and the store to drive this focus
b. To solve all customer complaints with most efficient manner, in co-ordination with the customer care department and the operation Manager
6. Employee Engagement
a. “Employee First” approach; ensure clear goals are set, give constant written and oral feedback, work with HR and Training team to develop the team, have quarterly employee meetings to understand and listen to the employees and work with HR to develop the top talent
b. The above should lead to reduced attrition and enhanced guest delight
c. Periodically visit the staff accommodation to review welfare of the staff, and bring about necessary solutions
7. Quality and Operational Standards
a. Ensure parlor operations are in accordance with retail food and safety system guidelines, local municipality rules and follow guidelines
b. Ensure ROR, RFSS standards set are achieved.
8. Effective management of the Company assets
a. Set process and execute actions that will control pilferage and effective management of spoilage
b. Keep a vigilant eye on parlor operations by ensuring preparation of check list every month for all your parlors and analyze the strength and weaknesses of every individual parlor and bring in necessary solutions
c. All process set by the Operations Managers are implemented
d. To exercise efficient control on utilization of company’s property which includes vehicles, parlor equipment’s, furniture etc.
9. Operational excellence and Review
a. To visit parlors regularly, should cover all the parlors at least twice a week, and higher volume sale parlors to be visited more frequently
b. Randomly check the standards are adhered in the parlors as per standards and bring about necessary solutions in co-ordinations with concerned OM.
c. Ensure good quality monthly review with both the team and senior management is conducted, documented and followed through to closure
a. Responsible for monitoring the accurate reporting of all details pertaining to sales figures, category data, stock movement, petty cash related to parlors.
b. To ensure the implementation of all marketing and operations procedures in your area, as per the guidelines.
11. Competition Analysis
a. Monitor competitors and their activities and provide timely updates / feedbacks to the team / management
b. To collect market information during the course of market visits and to report it to Country Manager
