QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering is required. • 8 years of demonstrated plant experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Integrity and / or Process Safety Management. • Working knowledge of the main MI programs i.e. CUI, RBI and Damage Mechanism Review. • Proficiency in Meridium, and SAP. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Support the Asset Integrity Work Process Enablement (AIWPE) project objectives • Function as the plant lead and SME for DMRs per RMS-2100 • Function as the plant lead and SME for RBIs per RMS-2200 • Conduct Fitness-for-service (FFS) assessments in support of reliability and OPS requests. • Perform Minimum Design Metal Temperature (MDMT) and rerating assessments for low temperature brittle fracture (LTBF) conditions per PHA action items • Train, coach, and advise other engineers on FFS assessments and function as the SChem SME on fixed equipment • Support the plant wide MI program optimization initiative including MICE assessment activities • Perform/participate in RCA (Root Cause Analyses) • Mentor the APM end users, helping them build confidence and competencies, promoting the use of the AIWPE Work Processes, tools and driving the quality of data in Meridium through periodic audits and feedback • Collaborate with Reliability Engineering in support of aligning corrective solutions with long term equipment strategies • Support any additional AIWP activities
