utility accounts (electricity, water, gas, Tabreed, etc) registered under ALDAR
existing work processes, procedures & systems and identify and/or
recommend opportunities to enhance
efficiency & cost-effectiveness on utility accounts.
all NON-ALDAR related accounts and facilitate the transfer of these accounts to
the concerned entity.
the cancellation the irrelevant utility accounts which are not being utilized
by ALDAR to save cost.
monthly status review of all utility bills being paid by ALDAR.
with utility companies and government suppliers (ADDC, ADNOC, ADSSC, ADM, etc.)
to identify and resolve any utility-related issues.
other teams in resolving any issues with the government suppliers and entities
related to utility bills or accounts.
weekly and monthly reports on the work done Aldar utility accounts.
out any other tasks assigned by the department management .
of: 6 years of related experience in managing utility accounts preferably
within a large-scale real estate developer or an authority body.
degree in engineering or accounting or related field.
with metering and billing systems.
computer skills with an understanding of spreadsheets, word processing,
database software, and the Internet at intermediate to advanced level.
communication skills (verbal, written)
to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
