Senior Content Writer (Hybrid) Bayantech

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and own the bilingual editorial calendar aligned to monthly KPIs (organic clicks, rankings, CTR, conversions, SQLs from gated assets).
• Write and edit English & Arabic content: blogs, website/landing pages, case studies, white papers, product sheets, email nurture copy, ad copy, social captions, and video/script copy.
• Build SEO briefs; perform keyword/intent research; optimize on-page (titles, H1H3, meta, internal linking, FAQs/schema) and collaborate with SEO on content hubs and interlinking.
• Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts and long-form articles for executives and sales leaders.
• Localize/adapt messaging per market (KSA, UAE, GCC) while maintaining brand voice and style guides.
• Interview SMEs; fact-check claims; ensure accuracy for regulated verticals (life sciences, legal, fintech, eLearning, manufacturing, ICT).
• Coordinate with Design/Video for creative assets; deliver clear briefs and final QA (grammar, tone, consistency).
• Track and report performance via GA4, GSC, Ahrens/SEMrush, and Looker/Data Studio dashboards.
• Use AI writing assistants responsibly (per internal SOPs), ensuring originality, sources, and human editorial quality.
