We are seeking candidate with 4+ years of experience that meet the following criteria:
Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional technical & functional consulting of new implementations and support for Dynamics CRM implementation
• Mentor and train new team members
• Thrive at customer interaction
• Experience with end-user training
• Lead and conduct requirements gathering sessions
• Client/customer-facing meetings
• Presentations to prospective clients
• Support 3rd party products as added to product stack
• Experience in business intelligence and reporting using Power BI, PowerApps, Flow, and Common Data Services (CDS)
Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must have a bachelor s degree in computer science or related field
• Master s degree is a plus
• 4+ years of consulting experience specifically in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Extensive experience in pre-sales of CRM
• Experience with both CRM on-premises and online versions
• Strong functional background with demonstrated experience, workflows, Web resources
• Must have experience using TFS and other development tools
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Dynamics stack experience is a MUST (D365/CRM)
• Has a proven track record of providing functional consultancy and delivering complex, full life-cycle implementation, upgrade, extensibility, performance optimization, integration, data migration, security, and support of D365/CRM in a consultancy role
• Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 and CRM application stack and server architecture, web services, security, cloud, and infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of coding standards and methodologies
• Desire to learn and implement Microsoft Azure solutions
• Strong advisory and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively to the client and all levels within the organization
