Our Client is looking for a Senior Design Architect to join a growing and developing Dubai office. My client is known for their amazing and innovative award-winning designs, achieving global praise and international recognition.
The Senior Design Architect will be expected to be an expert in their field. This role includes taking projects from inception through to handover, with huge emphasis on concept. We are looking for those with extensive Hotel and Resort experience, with the ability to show their skills such as conceptual sketches.
Requirements
• Degree in Architecture from a recognised international university.
• Registered with an Architectural Board.
• 10+ Years of experience in Architecture.
• Extensive experience in Hospitality projects.
• Must have a fantastic design aesthetic and a strong conceptual portfolio.
• Experience in either High-Rise Hotels or Resorts.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D, MS Office Application and other Software.
• Strong communicator and personality.
• Comfortable in front of clients.
