Senior Graphic Designer-Digital media specialist:
We are looking for a Senior Designer- social media ad specialist to produce digital creatives solutions and concepts to address our marketing needs. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, social media ads, digital assets. Bring creative ideas & how to use your creatives to capture the target market’s attention and make them buy. You’ll Work closely with the marketing & digital team, you will be in charge of designing and creating converting ads, email designs, landing pages, and web assets. Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, Twitter, Tik Tok and Facebook Ads and our website will be your main formats to handle. The digital media work assets will be 60% of your work.
You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures and product packaging. Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines.
Job Responsibility:
• Uses refined artistic skills and design principles to conceptualize and create aesthetically appealing and strategic content for digitall media assets, ad campaigns, landing pages, emailings and website
• Create visual content in different formats (Visuals, videos, motions-designs, GIFs, IGTV, infography, teasers videos etc.) that capture the attention of the intended audience and engage them in measurable ways.
• Conceptualize and edit engaging visuals and videos content for all appropriate social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.
• Knowledge of converting creative techniques
• Work with marketing team on developing social media assets for posts as needed
• Research relevant design trends
• Submit creative deliverables within the agreed upon deadline and budget
• Working to various timelines, in a fast-paced environment while always delivering creative that is accurate and consistent
• Have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Always ensuring graphics produced support a strong, focused brand vision
• experience in UX /UI design is a plus
• Design and develop creative ideas for print
• Great knowledge of digital production methods and techniques that help elevate design
• Have strong core software knowledge in order to successfully complete their tasks, and assist others
• Be willing to develop existing skills further or learn new tools to elevate their creative and their role
Requirements
BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
A minimum of four to five (4-5) years of work experience in graphic design, digital media and marketing is mandatory
Experience in the beauty/fashion industry
You have strong knowledge on social media ad campaigns
Digital media assets work is currently 50% of your work
You have strong knowledge on social media ad campaigns
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
Knowlegded in after effect, Premiere
Knowledge in html is a plus
Experience in print production mandatory.
Must be a self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative.
Team player – extremely collaborative, working cross-functionally with multiple touchpoints
Creative and able to contribute ideas in group settings.
Exemplary organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Arabic speaker is a plus
