Reporting to the Senior Management, you will be responsible for typical duties such as recruitment across all locations and projects, Policies and Procedures, Leaves, Attendance, Appraisals, Organizational Structures, Labor camps, payroll processing, etc.
Qualification & Experience :
Master s degree in HR
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
10 years experience in UAE MEP contracting companies.
