Job Description :
Plan, organize, direct control the personal, training and other labor activities of the organization.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping to resolve work related problems.
Arrange, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relations.
Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs.
Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees. Schedule management conference with employees, hear and resolve employee grievances, counsel employees and supervisors.
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
Represent organization at personnel related hearing and investigation.
Requirements :
Have minimum 10 year of relevant experience as HR Professional
Should be available in UAE
