Position Summary:

IT Manager will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of the company s technology initiatives. This executive role is responsible for ensuring that IT systems and infrastructure support the company s operational and business goals, particularly in shared services, including operations and maintenance, total facility management, and waste management. The IT Manager will drive innovation, digital transformation, and operational efficiency, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics and emerging AI capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as IT Manager or in a senior IT leadership role;
• Min 10 years of experience.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise applications.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365;

• Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation and management/stakeholders consultancy.
• Experience leading a team of up to 6 people.
• Experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments is a strong plus.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; Master s degree preferred.
