Job Description
Based in Jordan, the Senior Manager L&D will report to the Senior Director-Talent, Learning & Culture
The main responsibilities of this role will be to build a World Class Academy, that will represent all learning development for all colleagues at all levels in Careem. Build the future capabilities for the organization to realize its vision
He or she must have the ability to design a variety of learning solutions to stakeholders in line with best practices and within company s training budget, developing ways of utilizing self-directed learning
Develop both an external and internal pool of training resources to develop specific subject matters
Identify and develop internal resources through a train-the-trainer program and development program
Maintains a strong and ongoing relationships with stakeholders across Careem Market
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
5 years of experience designing and delivering training in the soft skills area
Comfortable traveling across Careem s network 60 to 70% of the time
Exposure to training a wide range of audience from various nationalities and backgrounds
Ability to adapt positively to a changing environment and shifting priorities
Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to deal effectively with different levels of the organization
A certification in L&D is a plus
This is a full-time position in Jordan
