-Prepare sales offers and quotations with all relevant information and present to the Export Sales Manager for approval.
-Prepare technical submittals, respond to technical inquiries and bid requests with full technical detail as per customers’ requirements in coordination with the Solutions Department.
-Frequently travel to international markets to get new customers as per the geographical territory assigned by the Export Sales Manager for constantly expanding the international customer base and achieving growth.
-Maintain and update, all related hard and soft records and filing systems with timely entry of data, such as – but not limited to – all CRM software (ACT and others) as well as all other records (excel files and any others); in addition to ensuring proper filing of all hard copy records.
-Discuss and negotiate with customers’ sales-related matters such as but not limited to orders, discounts, delivery and payment terms etc.
-Ensure proper communication of all sales related documents.
Coordinate the delivery of sold generators to customers in coordination with Warehouse and Logistics Department.
Issue properly and timely all required reports and studies – such as business trip reports – as per Export Sales Manager’s requests.
-Ensure proper communication with customers by building good rapport and after-sales support.
-Prepare sales plans and review with the Export Sales Manager for agreement on execution as per the latter’s directions and mutual buy-in.
-Always ensure adherence to the financial policy with regard to international sales in terms of payment terms and timely collection of receivables; as well as highlight the critical accounts when needed.
-Prepare sales and other reports and studies that may be required by Management for management and sales meetings to identify and plan bridging performance gaps and achieving sales targets.
-Attend exhibitions locally and abroad related to the company’s field of work by visiting stands and communicating with potential customers to network and market the company's name and image as part of increasing sales plan.
-Comply with the implementation of company and departmental policies and procedures, in order to ensure that all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are fulfilled.
-Comply with all relevant health and safety requirements, in order to guarantee employee safety and legislative compliance.

ملخص المرشح المطلوب

-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
-Minimum of 5 years experience in Power generation or any Electromechanical field.
-Knowledge of African Market
-French or Arabic Language proficiency
