Skill Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in Oracle Development and Support
• Experience in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, JPA,SQL, NoSQL, REST, SOAP …
• Experience in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Core Java, XML…
• Experience in microservices reactive architectures
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS)
• Knowledge of Big Data and Hadoop Spark frameworks
• Write secure code, familiar with threat models and with encryption, tokenization and authentication protocols.
• Focused on quality and testing with good scripting skills in JavaScript or python
• Experience in API design and documentation using tools like Swagger
• Discipline to document ideas and API in a clear, comprehensive and organized manner
Qualifications:
• Bachelors in Information Technology or related discipline
Roles and Responsibilities;
• Responsible to ensure that business systems support business outcomes
• Implement new releases of software; capturing end user requirements, configuration, and testing of the systems
• Manage user licence numbers ensuring business is using efficiently
• Manage user accounts, customise profiles, roles, security settings and sharing rules
• Coordinates and manages reporting needs and data analysis ensuring that the gathering, processing, distribution and use of pertinent information required by management to make decisions occur in a timely, accurate and cost effective manner
• Provides advice on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of business systems and appropriate investment in strategic and operational systems
• Produce, evaluate and maintain sets of documents that reflect the system configuration and business processes within the systems
• Develop and maintain training material and deliver training to new users
• Oversee data integrity activities and provide strategic alignment of business systems
• Identify risks and issues in regards to the use of systems within the organisation
• Assisting the organisation with identifying current business requirements and the optimisation and further roll out of systems to increase business efficiency
• Drive user engagement through encouraging continuous improvement of system and relevant communications
• Provide specialist support for business systems (including a clinical system, CRM and HR systems) and escalate issues to vendor appropriately
• Provide project support to the Project Manager for Business Systems implementation
Other Experience;
• Formal tertiary education in ICT or a related field of study
• 5+ years in an equivalent role
• Experience and ability to build productive relationships with vendors and business users
• Ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms
• The ability to work independently, to take initiative and ownership of assigned work
• Ability to report and analyse data to produce executive and business reporting
• Previous experience in supporting and administrating a variety of business systems
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation
• Must be passionate and energetic with a results-oriented mentality and a keen sense of urgency
• Strong attention to details and proficient at meeting deadlines
• Ability to work with a wide variety of people and maintain a positive attitude
Other details
• Knowledge of health industry or previous experience supporting applications in a health setting
• Previous experience in supporting specific 3rd party applications e.g. MMEx, Salesforce, SageCRM
• Previous experience in testing systems
• Experience working on technology projects, with a strong background in transitioning from legacy systems an advantage
