Analyse and interpret internal and external stakeholder needs and expectations and develop and enhancing the relations and provide assistance for the section. KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
Participate in the strategic planning of the Public Transport Agency and monitor key performance indicators for the departments of Public Transport Agency.
Assist office manager in project management administration functions and carry out administrative duties as assigned in line with chief executive officer directives to strategic business units and RTA Agencies as per agreed deadlines.
Participate in Committees, teams, attend meetings, and follow up the implementation of committees teams and meetings requirements.
Coordination with the quality, health, safety and environmental standards on the Dubai Government Excellence requirements.
Follow-up to ensure the implementation of the internal and external reviews of PTA business and the implementation of the recommendations adopted in audit and other binding reports.
Prepare and ensure the follow-up to the implementation of comprehensive communication plan for PTA internal and external partners, whether Agencies or sectors or companies.
Prepare and develop studies pertaining to the development of partners relations through considering the best international practices and standards;
Participate in different events and ceremonies as assigned.
Assist in the formulation of section-wide approaches to relations and build a wider communication database for RTA high management.
Assist with the organization of meetings, and focus groups to obtain input from partners regarding PTA initiatives and projects.
Prepare CEO events calendar and make recommendations about the required levels of participation from PTA.
Prepare media communications for the PTA CEO office and determine the level of participation with the follow-up to implementation.
Measure the effectiveness of implementing Partners management methodologies on the development of corporate performance.
Conduct and follow-up up the results of Partners surveys and ensure taking corrective actions with all PTA Department.
Determine the information and communication needs of stakeholders and determine a suitable means of meeting those needs.
Analyze stakeholders needs ensuring business units in RTA/PTA are aligned with such needs.
Conduct meetings with staff in the Office of the Director General to ensure better coordination, administration and management.

Assist in Ensuring that departmental strategic plans as well as the yearly operational plans, and department/teams/committees plans are realistic, achievable, challenging, and that related risks are identified, monitored and controlled.
Assist in Ensuring the alignment and consistency of strategic and operational plans
Ensure timely and effective reporting to CEO and Corporate management on Initiatives/programs/projects performance, risks, and issues in coordination with the concerned departments / Project Managers.
Ensures that in case of budgetary constraints Initiatives/programs/projects are prioritised.
Provide support to Projects/Program Mangers in the sector/agency.
Assist in Compilation of the Agency / Sector annual budget and forecasts.
Ensure that project/program/portfolio management policies and Methodologies are implemented, and provide agency/sector periodic consolidated Feedback on Project/Program/Portfolio Management policies to EPMO team.
Take ownership of the central repository on the agency/sector level that contains programs/projects key relevant information and deliverables
Provide specialist judgment to safeguard project objectives and ensure the outputs meets the contract statement of work
Ensure that all project procurement documents and evaluation criteria are encompassing to deliver the desired outcomes
Provide change management and specialist advice where appropriate.
Assist in the preparation of project plans and specifications whenever appropriate.
Assist in developing, coordinating and enforcing the standards, methodologies, processes, procedures, policies and industry best practices of Program & Projects Management at the Agency/Sector Level.
assist in ensuring the overall coordination, quality, reporting and updating of all Initiatives/programs/projects across the Agency/Sector to the highest level and in accordance with RTA requirements.
Continuously review and update projects objectives to ensure conformity with RTA s strategic plan and objectives. as well as with PTA approved strategic directions & Business Enhancement Strategies.
Ensure the implementation of projects/program approved management policies, methodologies, standards and procedures across the Agency/Sector projects.
Proactively monitor performance & conduct periodic reviews of all projects, programs, teams, & committees, and highlight relevant issues/risks to CEO and provide recommendations.
Make sure that all agency/sector project information is updated on a monthly basis in the projects tracking tools, and ensure that the updates match the strategic and operational plans and the progress reports.
Benchmark the performance of projects against international best practices and introduce continuous development in coordination with EPMO team
Review, consolidate projects change & variation order logs & prepare relevant reports to CEO.
Create and develop the project request form for new projects and act as a point of coordination between the portfolio team and the Agency/sector.
Identify interdependencies between Initiatives/projects and facilitate the program identification and the assignment of a program manager.
Ensure documentation of Lessons from completed projects,
Evaluate and assess records, and facilitate sharing of the related information for future projects in coordination with the knowledge management Team.
Perform other responsibilities as related to the position as appropriate.
