We are searching for an innovative, deadline-driven Technical Support Engineer to join our company. He should be able to be in line with below criteria.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite technical support for the network, Hardware, Software, Operating System, and application issues
• Able to learn New Solutions & technologies, implement it at client site & provide support for the same
• Determining the client/ company needs and coordinating the development and maintenance with IT team
• Windows OS/ Server formatting, rebuilding, reimaging via Acronis/ Hirens boot/ Other software
• SQL Server installation & configuration
• Sound knowledge in manageable Routers, Switches & Access points
• Good knowledge in iOS backup/restore


Technical skills:

• Microsoft servers/ OS
• Server Virtualization (VMWare)
• Network protocols (Wi-Fi)
• LAN/WAN/ Routers/ Switches/ Storage
• .Net/ HTML5
• Cloud/ Digital software concept

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s of Engineering in IT or related field
• MCSA/ CCNA

Remark: UAE driving Licenses is preferable.
