Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer with minimum 5 years experience with the below mentioned skills.

 Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
 Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments, AV systems for meeting room, teleconference room, seminar hall
 Working knowledge of Outlook, Office365 products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
 Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
 Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
 Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
 Experience in Monitoring Data Center Infrastructure Equipment’s like UPS, Generator, Cooling System, Humidity Control and Fire Detection and Suppression System is preferred
 Knowledge of SMS Service, Video Conferencing Equipment’s, Audio Visual Equipment’s is preferred
 Customer-oriented attitude
 BSc in Computer Science or relevant field and at least 5 years’ experience in System Administration
 Certification in Microsoft will be an added advantage
 ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation or Higher is a must
