The SharePoint Administrator is responsible for overseeing the SharePoint Online collaboration and content management platform. Duties typically include configuring and migrating SharePoint systems, managing system operations and services, helping to train and support business users on SharePoint usage, and working with clients to deliver SharePoint solutions.
Essential Job Functions
Respond to Incidents related to Office365 and SharePoint, and support clients to resolve issues.
Recommend and Execute SharePoint improvements, enhancements, and new sites.
Analyze existing SharePoint infrastructure and recommendation improvements to functionality, layout, and work flows.
Serve as the SharePoint Subject Matter Expert for internal and external clients.
Provide guidance and direction on questions regarding SharePoint architecture, configuration, and operation.
Stay informed of changes to SharePoint Online functionality that can impact the company or its clients. Report on these changes to management in real time.
Work with team on Office365 infrastructure related support needs with respect to integration, site maintenance, resource management, or integration with other applications.
Plan and Execute SharePoint Migration projects from a variety of platforms.
Design and Implement SharePoint Designer Workflow.
Education and Work Experience
SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premise Version 2013+, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint personal sites, SharePoint Database usage, SharePoint Architecture, SharePoint Resource management, permissions Management.
Demonstrated experience in migrating, designing and configuring SharePoint Online sites and services.
Experience working in high volume work environments with continuously changing priorities and evolving processes.
Arabic Speaking (As per Requirement ) and well versed with ITIL
Regular technical Degree from reputed college
