Operate with Management in monitoring budget for office related items and staff.
Develop, implement, and update regularly a detailed project logistics plan.
Develop and maintain project master schedules and look ahead forecasts.
Conduct subcontract meetings to discuss safety and job progress.
Have foresight to predict problems before they develop.
Oversees the maintenance of job site security.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree.
Five years experience in same field.
Professional communication skills and appearance.
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
