Our client is a global facilities management organisation and we are recruiting an experienced soft services operations manager to join their Abu Dhabi operations to be responsible for the overall day-today onsite management to ensure the operations are functioning effectively, safely, within budget, adequately staffed, meet the contractual operating standards and SLAs and exceed the clients expectations.
Manage service delivery, processes, costs, resources, vendors, subcontractors and safety and quality in a safe client facing environment and ensure that all operational controls and emergency prevention plans are in place to mitigate risks for pest control, cleaning, landscaping, environmental, waste and recycling.
Prepare budget and manage P&L.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
10+ years client facing soft services operations management and P&L responsibility experience with a minimum of 4 years similar experience in the Gulf, preferably the UAE.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to implement and manage cost controls and effective negotiation and contract management skills.
Bachelor s Degree is preferred
NEBOSH and HACCP certification is mandatory
Currently living in the United Arab Emirates.
Fluency in English must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Excellent client relationship management skills with a proactive and high-quality approach to work.
