Looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.
Maintain safety standards to ensure staff works safely in the restaurant and kitchen.
Clean and Maintain kitchen equipment according to company standards.
Comply with national programs such as Menu Program, Approved Product List and Inventory procedures.
Supervise employees in the daily operation of the kitchen to ensure quality and timeliness of product.
Organize and facilitate departmental meetings, training and goals setting.
Develop and implement creative menu items that adhere to Hyatt brand standards.
High School Diploma.
Two years experience in same field.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Good time-management skills.
