1 Endeavor to exceed guest expectations by delivering an excellent spa experience through the performance of high quality spa treatments and retail services.
2 Ensure consistent adherence and compliance to operational procedures, processes, quality standards and optimum upkeep of spa facilities.
3 Meet treatment and retail revenue targets set by top management.
4 Co-operate, support and assist seniors and fellow team members to achieve consistent maximum guest satisfaction through the delivery of a flawless spa journey.
5 Responsible for ensuring high levels of hygiene, safety standards and order within the designated cabin and stores, taking care to operate, clean and store equipment, products and tools appropriately and as per sanitary requirements.
6 Responsible for ensuring and maintaining a consistent supply of cabin stock at sufficient levels for the execution of treatments on offer in designated cabin while maintaining waste to a minimum.
7 Actively promote and encourage spa / club service & retail offerings through up-selling, cross selling, and assist with planning and implementation of promotions, packages, guest acquisition and retention initiatives.
8 Conduct accurate monthly stock checks as well as cabin stock orders.
9 Assist with receiving cabin & retail stock deliveries ensuring all items are accounted for, accurately priced and displayed in the appropriate manner.
10 With the guidance of team leader and manager follow up and rectify any variances identified in the guest feedback.
11 Actively participate in inter departmental briefings, meetings and handover book and ensure subsequent action planning accordingly.
