Where Do You Fit In?
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Snr Customer Marketing Specialist - HTEC to be based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be at the heart of Honeywell s transformation to become a leading software technology company by serving as the face of the Honeywell Technology Experience Center (HTEC) in Dubai, one of only three HTECs globally.
This highly visible role combines marketing and customer experience management, content development, planning, reporting, operations and logistics. The successful candidate should have outstanding marketing, communication, project management and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively across a matrixed global environment.
In addition, you must have a keen interest in Honeywell s solutions and be a passionate ambassador to senior-level decision makers. The individual should be comfortable managing multiple clients and competing priorities, able to tailor presentations to meet business objectives. The candidate must be detail-oriented and self-motivated,
What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?
Acquire an in-depth knowledge of Honeywell s evolving portfolio and serve as a passionate ambassador for the company by hosting impactful in-person and virtual presentations and demos for external stakeholders ranging from customers to government officials
Set KPIs to measure HTEC s impact and success; market the Center internally to ensure steady engagement of customers both in person and through virtual presentations/demos
Deliver rigorous ROMI reports leveraging agreed metrics and tools
Partner with Business Customer Marketing to surface solutions and content that can be leveraged/added to HTEC to support Honeywell s brand transformation
Execute superb day-to-day functional operation of the HTEC and its systems, ensuring a positive, impactful experience for visitors
Support the execution of customer marketing and demand generation activity across Honeywell Middle East
Drive continuous improvement and seek ways to do things better, faster, and more efficiently

What Skills and Experience Will You Have?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Previous proven demonstrated successful experience in marketing in a corporate or an agency environment
Ability to acquire an excellent knowledge of Honeywell s portfolio alongside the ability to speak with confidence about our solutions and offerings to customers
Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills, professional presence and public presentation capabilities
Proven ability to deliver impactful and engaging presentations to diverse audiences
Proven ability to work well with people at all levels, especially senior leaders
Strong balance of creativity and innovation, detailed planning, strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
Experience developing and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns that drives results
Previous sales experience considered a plus
Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines, and effectively manage projects to conclusion, relentless attention to organization and detail
Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic is a distinct advantage
