• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prespective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Coordinate closely with sales team for proposal and order processing.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Update management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Monitor competitor’s activity and assist in marketing.
• Grows existing business and establishes and pursues leads which will develop business
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Candidate should have Sales experience in Metal can industry in UAE. He/ She should be familiar with the packaging industry in general and preferably with an exposure in food industry. Primary responsibility is to sell company’s products to customers. Also to maintain a relationship with customers, understand their expectations and gather market intelligence. Also responsible for helping team to process of work orders, forecast individual sales monthly/quarterly /half yearly and annually. Submitting sales reports monthly, and coordinate with Sales Manager’s, Sales Team to achieve set target
