Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
Wash down bar; clean and polish equipment.
Make sure all areas of the bars and restaurants are clean, including side boards.
Operates floor cleaning equipment, maintains resilient floor surfaces.
Assists in food service set up of banquet areas prior to function.
High School Diploma.
Two years experience in same field.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
