Reports to: E&I Manager
Position Summary: The Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor will be responsible for site E&I related works, daily production monitoring, technical guidance and execution supervision along with the site team during the assembly and construction works.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Have strong HSE and Quality guidelines.
Reporting directly to E&I Manager.
Oil&Gas E&I Supervisory Know-how Minimum 5 years in relevant position.
Good communication skills in the English, listening, speaking and writing.
Promote team work and demonstrate leadership.
Able to work under pressure with challenging schedules, extended hours and shifts -work when required.
Solid know-how for all stages of assembly of instrumentation and electrical works (Supports, stanchions, cable trays, cable install, connections, process tubing, instrument and equipment testing, lighting works, etc.)
Solid Know-how of E&I documentation, wiring diagrams, Loop - check, hook - ups, Lay-outs, cable schedules, P&ID etc.
Able to work with close coordination between other specialties (Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Painting etc.)
Understand, monitor and follow, the project schedule and requirements.
Computer skills. Ability to input and retrieve data from computer on daily production sheets or project documents (Excel/Word).
Record any site modifications, prepare RED-MARKUP and relevant QC documentations
Verify and calculate quantities of project deliverables, required consumables and tools to allow continuous work flow and production targets.
Experience optimizing and planning the number or resources against each type of E&I activity

Required Skills or Tools:
Must be proficient with basic computer skills
Must have proficient oral and written communication skills
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Writing and documenting action plans, status reports and assessments
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and teamwork.
Minimum High School Certificate or Diploma in relevant field.
Minimum 10 years in supervisory role in E&I
Able to quickly establish credibility by demonstrating expertise
Ability to work under pressure and at flexible hours and shifts
