Planning and supervising all activities concerning design, develop, and apply the systems of databases and specialized application for company to support all company sectors and departments to do their works effectively and efficiently.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in setting the objectives and performance indicators of design activities and network maintenance, prepare monthly/ weekly plan to work according to the objectives, annual plan, and works that raised, as well as, observe its implementation.
Prepare the policies and procedures of databases, programs, and specialized applications, observe permanently its implementation, as well as, participate in updating them and clearly notice his line manager.
Review and analyze, effectively and efficiently, the current programs and systems, develop the strategies that improve these applications to provide the best programmatic solutions, as well as, to assist all company sectors and departments to do their works effectively and efficiently.
Supervise in the identifying and registering procedures and documentary sessions of administrative, accounting, engineering design and technical process, etc to implement the databases systems, programs and specialized applications, according to, work requirements, in addition to, make sure of its quality.
Make sure that the provided solutions and prepared programs are appropriate for both different users needs and work requirements by reviewing and surveying the direct users after applying the program, and provide solutions for the problems that rose, for achieving efficient and effective.
Supervise in the administration, developing, and activating the new programs as well as the improvements of current applications as work required, make sure the program, tools and company systems are integral parts and supervise the solutions of different contradiction problems to achieve efficient and effective for making sure that new programs and current applications are integral.
Search and nominate the appropriate programmatic tools, concerning develop the programs and different applications regularly in order to efficiently issue reports, observe the applying of these tools and their effect on work development and submit a report to his line manager about it.
Cooperate with program experts who select the program design and the ways of working which are appropriate to company needs.
Coordinate with different sectors and administrations to check the program quality after applying it, as well as, submit a report to his line manager about the quality and performance standard of this program.
Formulate any additional reports that do not provided by applications, in according to, users needs.
Make sure of adding new users and giving them entry permits, and that data backups are saved to avoid data loss or damage.
Provide support and services for users, concerning systems and specialized applications, as well as, make sure of conducting training courses for personnel who recently employed in order to train them for using systems and new applications coordinating with technical support team.
Check recent developments regarding databases systems of work as a source of information and guidance for senior management.
Prepare a periodic report about the activities of the management, final accounts, difficulties and development proposals, then submit it to his line manager.
