Drives tactical (day-to-day) activity of the department to meet team short term goals and commitments.
Stay on top of changing technology. Whether it is newly developed software or a new networking program Assigns work to department members based on competencies.
Prioritizes routine work.
Provides technical management
Debugs, codes, tests, and documents the solution defects.
Assists Associate Systems and Applications Engineers during deeper analysis of customer problem.
Develops fix packages.
Works with verification and ID.
Act as the administrator for the project environment in customer site
May Lead other professional
Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Implementation.
A good background in systems and network administration.
Knowledge of windows server 2008/2012 & Linux OS is preferable.
