Tax & Accounts Manager reporting to
“Sponsored visa only”

The Company:
The Tax Experts DMCC located in JLT

Job Responsibilities:-
• Good knowledge on the GCC Tax Rules and Regulations
• Identify and mitigate tax risks. Manage tax provision and
tax compliance process
• Improve processes by developing or implementing best
practices and maintain tax balances on general ledger, tax
register etc.
• Coordinate accounting staff and assess the day to
operations and guide/coach them about the compliance
matter. Prepare all tax returns in regular basis and handle
all information data requests.
• Manage and coordinate tax audits. Deliver a full range of tax
services in compliance with laws and regulations within
timeframe across Implemented GCC States
• Gathering of Data and Posting of Transactions in the
Accounting System.
• Preparation of required Financial Statements which includes
balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
as required by the management.
• Supervision of day to day accounting operations of the
company which covers Payments, Collections, and General
Transactions.
• Finalization of VAT submission for UAE
• Coordinates with other Accountants from other branches
and Handles the Intercompany Invoicing and Intercompany
Reconciliations between the Main Office and its branches.
• Supervision of Petty Cash Replenishments for UAE and
Employee’s Claims.
• UAE Monthly Payroll Preparations.
• Initiation of Online Payments done in UAE.
• Coordination with external auditors upon annual Audit of the
company.
• Supervision of company standard operating procedures and
Internal controls are in place.

Requirements:-
• Qualification: Chartered Accountant/B.Com
• Experience: 2 years in UAE (preferably from an Audit firm)
• Nationality: Indians Only (preferably Gujaratis/Marwari)
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
