الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Design, develop and configure applications and workflows on ServiceNow HRSD.

Managing the implementation and customization of ServiceNow modules:

  • Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)

Develop advanced scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes).

Supervise integrations with third-party tools (APIs, Web Services, LDAP, SSO, etc.).

Ensure good ServiceNow development practices (Scoped Apps, Flow Designer).

Supervise and train internal teams as well as key users.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and ensure technological monitoring.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Desired profile:

  • Experience: 5-7 years on ServiceNow, including at least 3 years on large-scale HR projects.
  • Master's modules: HRSD
  • Technical skills:

-Advanced scripting (JavaScript client and server)

- REST, SOAP, API integrations

-Knowledge of ITIL processes

  • Methodology: Ability to work in Agile/Scrum mode
  • Personal qualities: Analytical mind, autonomy, leadership and proactive approach

Appreciated certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD, ITSM, CSM)
  • ITIL Foundation v4

LANGUAGES

  • French: current
  • English: fluent
