Implementation of payment strategies, systems from Banking and central bank perspective including payment hubs, RTGS, and Instant payment products
Support clients during end-end lifecycle of payments transformation:

Business & Functional requirement elicitation & analysis
Payment process value chain deep understanding
Product definition, roadmap and classification
Regulatory & Compliance analysis and certification
Solution Consulting & Analysis
Functional Architecture formulation
Vendor analysis & Selection
Manage implementation & delivery of project, supporting various stakeholders – bank business, operations, finance, IT vendors, Payment solution providers, etc.
Provide Quality Assurance to FS clients during various phases of payments project implementation.
Develop trusted and durable relationships with clients and ecosystem partners.
Manage a healthy client portfolio and related financials.
Originating and develop business opportunities.
Developing, nurturing and coordinating a local practice.
Establishing acceptance of Solutions with client executives.
Translating and conveying impact of process and system changes to bottom line.
Assessing and managing risk and issues throughout all aspects of the transformation programs.
Counselling junior team members.
