Title: Business Development Manager, Middle East
Locaiton: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates or other Middle East location

This Business Development Manager, Middle East, will lead all phases of the business capture process including early opportunity identification, requirements shaping, qualification, competitive assessments, development of 'win' strategies, as well as participate in proposal efforts, and collaborate with other L3Harris representatives in the Middle East to maximize opportunity wins for the Company. This role will be responsible for delivering on an annual bookings quota.Qualified candidates will have a strong understanding of military communications and associated business development process, strong communications skills, and experience with military customers. International experience, and strong knowledge of ISR markets and associated communications a significant plus. A competitive compensation package, including incentives, will be offered.
This position will execute all business development activities (campaign, individual pursuits and the associated strategy, etc.) in the following areas:
• Developing relationships with key customers in the Middle East region military and Government organizations, key prime contractors
• Identifying and managing distributors/partners in assigned area
• Prospecting to identify potential opportunities, and progressing through the sales cycle
