الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and attract top technical talent through sourcing, networking, and referrals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to assess their technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Conduct interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and nurture a network of technical professionals through social media and industry events.
  • Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology to effectively communicate with candidates.
  • Facilitate a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Measure and report on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of technology roles and industry standards.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with technical professionals and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to leverage social media for recruiting.
