• Preparation of Pre-qualifications & Technical Submittals,
• Sending enquiries to manufacturers & suppliers and follow-up with them until receipt of technical and commercial proposals,
• Handle correspondence with the suppliers and clients with regards to shop drawings submittals, technical issues, collecting missing information (BOQ, Specifications, Drawings, etc.) and follow-up on submissions,
• Submitting quotations or proposals to clients,
• Modify or draft drawings when required,
• Liaise between different departments or persons in the company relation to documentations, quality, deliveries, logistics, purchases and receivables for orders and contracts signed,
• Technical support for the customers by recommending suitable products and solutions when required,
• Handling all correspondence and organizing contact with customers,
• Post-delivery support including technical support and installation requirements,
• Organization, attendance and participation at select trade shows and technical conferences,
• Carry out work and necessary client meetings when the Sales Manager or Business Development Manager are on holiday or business trips,
• Manage an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives
• Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Head of Department
• Review progress of sales roles throughout the company
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
• Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
• Collaborate with Manufacturers/Partners to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
• Collaborate with Managing Director to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses
• Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
• Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other materials
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• A Policies and Procedures - Follow all relevant policies, processes and procedures so that work is carried out in an efficient and consistent manner.
• Safety, Quality & Environment - Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. Report any hazard/risk observed to the QHSE Manager.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Applicant should have knowledge on Road Safety Products, Bridges and Highways related products and should have good sales and communication skills.
