الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Operational Oversight

  • Supervise daily operations of casino technicians, ensuring timely maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all gaming equipment

  • Monitor machine performance, uptime, and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement

  • Coordinate installation, configuration, and removal of slot machines, table games equipment and related systems

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of casino technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence

  • Schedule and assign tasks to ensure coverage and responsiveness across all casino shifts

  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Team Leadership & Development

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure all slot and table game operations comply with UAE gaming regulations, Wynn Resorts internal policies, and manufacturer specifications

  • Maintain accurate records of machine configurations, maintenance logs, and regulatory documentation

  • Oversee secure handling of gaming components, software updates, and access controls

Vendor & Inventory Management

  • Liaise with slot and table game manufacturers, and service providers to coordinate technical support and upgrades

  • Manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency

  • Review vendor contracts and service agreements to ensure alignment with operational needs

Technical Innovation & Support

  • Stay current with emerging technologies, gaming trends, and system enhancements

  • Support the integration of new gaming platforms, cashless systems, and digital interfaces

  • Collaborate with IT, Surveillance, and Casino Operations to ensure seamless system connectivity and data integrity

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)

  • Minimum 5 7 years of experience in slot machine operations or technical maintenance within a regulated casino environment

  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in a high-performance setting

  • Strong understanding of slot machine and table game hardware, software, networking, and regulatory standards

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools, CMS platforms, and technical documentation

  • Fluency in English required; additional language skills are an asset

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs
