Candidate minimum qualification IT graduate, MBA- Marketing added advantage must have minimum 3 + years in GCC experience including 2+ years in Sales profile.
Promoting our real estate Portal via social networking, direct emails and walk in visits to perspective clients.
Meeting prospective clients to present and explain the portal features
Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their feedback, suggestions and requests.
Supporting clients in registration of their properties and surfing the portal.
Making technical presentations for how our services meets client needs.
Analysing costs and sales and providing required reports
Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Coordinating with in-house real estate sales team, property management team and accounts
Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up and system reports as required
Coordinating effectively with other departments within sister companies to develop new / existing business.
Troubleshooting and coordinating with the portal developer for enhancement and optimization.
Candidate should have the following characteristics.
Should be willing to travel locally and internationally to meet clients and promote the portal.
Must have excellent skills in verbal & written communication, negotiation, presentation and team management
Must have very good technical skills coupled with business intelligence
Must have good exposure in dealing with Omani and international clients/ projects, coordinating with technical teams and finalizing SLAs
Should use the possessed technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support to clients.
Should be able to understand the requirement of new clients from a technical perspective.
Should be able to liaise with other members of the sales team and colleagues from a range of departments.
Must have the capability to chase prospects / leads / opportunities by all means & lead to closure
Must be able to acquire in a month time the required knowledge of the portal functionalities and software development cycle.
Must be able to come up with innovative solutions to the hurdles that confront the business on a day to day basis.
Candidate must have valid GCC driving license.
