Review Tender Documents such as Scope of Work, Specifications, Drawings, Data Sheets, Pricing Schedule, General & Special Conditions of Contracts etc.
Attend Pre-Bid Meeting & Pre-Tender Site Visit. Fill-up the Site Visit checklist and gather all the relevant details.
Submit Technical Queries/Clarifications to Clients to understand the scope of work clearly.
Seek assistance from other departments (Projects &Design & Engineering) in gathering relevant details for preparing Techno-Commercial Offer.
Float Enquiries to Approved Vendors for project material
Prepare Comparison of Quotations & timely update of Data Bank
Prepare and Submit Technical Bid to Client consisting of Basis of Offer/Deviation, Form of Tender, Tender Bond, Responsibility Matrix, Execution/Method Statement, Onsite and Head Office Organization Chart, Key Personnel CV, Technical Offer from Vendors/Supplier including technical deviation in specification and data sheet, Manpower Schedule, Histogram, S-Curve, Project Schedule, HSE & QA/QC Plan including questionnaire, List of Equipment, List of Materials & Vendors, List of Completed/Executed Projects & Compliance Statement etc.
Make PPT Presentation to Client in Tender Technical Meeting describing detailed project scope and get approval for Technical Submission from Client. Presentation on Company skills and capabilities to execute the project
Application of Value Engineering to arrive the maximum cost saving without affecting the technical aspects of the Project requirements.
On receipt of approval of Technical Offer from client, prepare commercial offer consisting of Direct & Indirect Manpower, Messing & Accommodation, Site Facilities, Equipment Cost, Transportation Cost, Material Cost, Subcontractor Cost, Geo-Survey & Profile Survey Cost, Design & Engineering Cost, Contingency, Management Expenses, Site Facilities Cost, Bank & Insurance Cost etc.
Should have 5 years Experience as Tendering and Estimation Engineer
