The primary purpose of this role is to generate targeted revenues for the product range from Halfen GmbH, in projects designed by Architects and Designers based out of the assigned territory; thereby generating sales revenue for the MEA region.

Under the direction of the Regional Director; Build and manage long term professional relationship with architects, designers, consultants and end customers, generate specifications for the product range from Halfen GmbH in their projects and achieve sales targets for the allocated territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop, build and manage professional relationships with the key architects, designers, consultants and end customers.

2. Generate specifications for all products from the range from Halfen GmbH in varied areas of applications, in projects.

3. Map key customer organizations and develop relationship with decision makers and influencer's at all levels of authority in that organization.

4. Identify and generate database of new projects and opportunities of growth in the accounts and lead account strategy and planning.

5. Secure long term supply contracts for products from Halfen GmbH with key customers and contractors.

6. Support distributor sales team with technical assistance in customer meetings and conversions of competitor specifications.

7. Map competitor organizations and their strategies in the allocated territory and plan counter strategies with the support of the Regional Director.

8. Perform marketing support activities like new product presentations, product workshops, lunch and learns etc.

9. Perform periodic structured reporting including monthly, quarterly and yearly sales projections; using the sales support CRM tools provided.

10. Identify and develop new sales opportunities and segments.

UAE Driving License is a mandate for this role.
