Devise and implement test automation framework that adequately assess all software aspects.
Assist functional and manual testing team by automating the end to end flows.
Track and document all testing defects and resolutions.
Participate in the design and development for test automation and support functional and business teams.
Understanding existing conversations between the A.I. chat bots and the end users.
Observe the usage of English language as spoken by the user and map them to intents/meanings.
Design the responses to be given by the Chatbot back to the user.
Write simple rules that might help the Chatbot to understand the user's input English sentences.
Enhance the existing conversation flow by adding new branches to the dialog tree.
Good in Communication and Customer Facing Experience.
Should have experience in Banking domain.
Should have experience in corporate banking, mobile banking and online banking.
Experience in testing Chatbots developed using CHATFUEL/BOTSIFY/ FLOWXO/BOTTR/ MOTION.AI etc.
Experience/knowledge on Digital packages - Hybris, Micro-services.
Expert in software programming skills and languages like Java, Python, VBScript, Etc.
Familiarity with technologies like AngularJS, NodeJS, MongoDB
Experience in Automation Preferred Selenium, Appium, ExperiTest, Serenity. Knowledge of Automation frameworks (Keyword/ Data/ Hybrid /BDD).
Should have good knowledge on Functional, System Integration, compatibility, Accessibility, Localization, and Mobility (OS).
Experience/Knowledge on tools such as Google Analytics/Adobe Site Catalyst.
Experience in deriving the test strategy for E2E, Service / Layer level testing, best practices & tools.
Experience in deriving the test estimates, planning, scheduling and reporting.
