We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to lead on key Brand planning and strategies in line with global guidelines and local market insights.
The candidate should be able to:
Develop brand plans and activation calendars in line with agreed budgets
Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies
Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences
Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies.
Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success.
Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
Manage email and social media marketing campaigns with cooperation with e-commerce manager.
Contact, interview, and hire third party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content.
Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites.
Drive traffic to company pages.
Develop and manage projects by adhering closely to deadlines and to budgets.
Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
Manage social media pages and Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
Create engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on latest marketing technologies and social media.
Entail developing communication layouts for the purpose of pushing the company s messages to the general public
Propose activation plans implement merchandising guidelines in the stores
Work closely with commercial team to implement merchandising guidelines across retail and HORECA channels in line with supplier guidelines
Supervise trade marketing executive
Responsible for brand(s) budgets and measurements evaluation of key initiatives
Supervise TME(Trade marketing Executive) in analyzing and recommending surveys and segmentation
Hold a bachelor degree in Marketing. MBA is a plus
Master presentations skills.
Must have a deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production
Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications
Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing
Full budget management
Insights generator and ability to develop insights into action plans
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services.
Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Framemaker, DreamWeaver, HTML is a plus.
Familiarity with web design and content management systems SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Content Management Systems, Photoshop, InDesign, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft Office. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and other social media platforms savvy
Deep understanding of Sales Force Automation (SFA)
