We are looking for candidates who are passionate about hospitality. Being courteous, friendly and efficient is a innate part of their personality. In order to be considered for this role, you will have educated with appropriate professional qualifications and up to date professional knowledge. You will possess relevant experience in a similar position in 4 or 5 stars hotel.
You will have a high degree of emotional intelligence , remaining rational and calm under pressure as well as open-minded and excited by cultural and professional diversity.
Excellent communication skill in written and spoken English is a must. Additional languages are value added advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
This position offers a highly competitive salary and package which includes Basic salary, accommodation, transport, duty meals, air ticket and medical insurance.
To ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are in place for all Training and Quality operations and that they are updated frequently and adhered to at all times
To respond orally to positive or negative feedback received directly from training participants, HoDs or guests or via comment cards/feedback systems and to develop strategies to address potential service shortfalls
To plan and organize all training and quality programs and activities, including (but not limited to) creating training and development function modules, quality customer service training, defining and implementing training initiatives, establishing and maintaining the infrastructure to provide high quality training and liaising with outside training providers.
To assist in the recruitment of all Training and Quality employees and to make sure that appropriate induction plans are drawn up prior to new employees starting work in the department.
To assist the Training & Quality Manager in coaching and training of Training and Quality employees and to make sure that proper records are kept of all training sessions and that departmental training needs are analysed and departmental training plans are drawn up and updated regularly
To interact and communicate with guests, colleagues and contractors in a courteous, friendly, open and honest manner at all times
Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
Considering the application of environmental and health and safety standards.
Candidate Must Possess
Previous experiences in 5 Star Hotel (Preferred)
Effective communication skills dealing with both internal and external contacts.
Attention to detail Knowledge and Understanding Training & Qulaity.
