ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Meets income targets and deadlines and works with minimal supervision.
• Determine the needs of Prospects and respond promptly to Residents needs and concerns while being pleasant, cheerful and tactful.
• Records all telephone calls and in person visits on the relevant software/database.
• Regularly inspects all inventory and communicates all related service needs to Property Managers to ensure that the property is in an acceptable condition for viewings.
• Ensures property is ready for Resident to move in on agreed date.
• Immediately follows up on prospects that did not close and attempts to close again. If unable to help Prospect, refers to other team members to meet the Client s needs.
• Monitor all vacancies and future vacancies in order to react proactively to future occupancy needs analysis concerns associated with properties which are slow to Lease and offers recommendations to the Management.
• Educates new Tenants on legal and administrative compliance during tenancy period and follows up with all residents in order to establish positive Resident relations.
• Maintains open communication with Property Manager and Maintenance and Facilities Manager.
ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS:
• Prepares and assists with all mandatory leasing paper work (i.e., applications, Lease Agreements and employment and credit checks and leasing move-in packs) for tenant move in as well as for company s records.
• Completes follow up, writes thank you notes and returns calls to prospects.
• Maintain current Tenant files.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Attendance is an imperative job function.
• Monitors advertising effectiveness.
• Develops an understanding of the market, trends, and prices and is up to date on property laws and regulations.
• Attends trainings as instructed by the company.
• Demonstrates awareness in protecting confidential information Is well groomed and professional in conduct with Tenants, Clients, Vendors, suppliers and colleagues at all levels across Asteco.
• Adheres to the company s policies and procedures at all times.
• Carries out other related duties as assigned from time to time.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Be able to produce and disseminate written and oral reports in English to present findings along with recommendations
• Be able to communicate ideas and solutions to problems
• Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances
• Must have attained a minimum of high school level of education
• Must possess a driver s license and a vehicle to operate in the UAE
• Must be proficient in PC skills
• Must be proficient in spoken and written English. Arabic is an advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 2 -3- years experience in customer service. Experience within the local Real Estate market would be advantageous.
