Extensively involved in Home Entertainment Service Technical operation management, Business/Product development, Key Account Management & after sales service.
Duties and responsibilities
Provides technical support and training for target audience; diagnoses and troubleshoots technical problems;
Thorough hands on & field experience with Service franchisee to maintain high level satisfaction in Field Service, Front Office, Workshop Service, Stores, SPD, Accounts operations and sales and marketing operations
Researches and identifies appropriate solutions; organizes and prioritizes technical support and training schedule; conducts technical training sessions for users of all skill levels on a variety of computer / software related subjects;
Risk/Quality Analysis, Faults Assessing and Handling various technical aspects like documentation
Conduct classroom training and workshops to meet the needs of specialized users as needed
Development & Localization of electrical/electronic parts
Proficient in creating technical content. (Video Editing skills will be an advantage)
Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in multi-cultural environments
Proven teamwork skills and positive attitude.
Education: B.E or Diploma in Electronics.
Specialized knowledge: TV, AV Products (Knowledge on other products will be an advantage)
Skills: High Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: Positive attitude to learn new things & good behavior with juniors & seniors.
Experience: At least 5 years
Language: English mandatory, Arabic & French will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a flexible manner in terms of number of working hours, days
- UAE Driving License will be an advantage
- Will have frequent travels to countries within MEA region.
